1. WHAT WE COLLECT

Account Information

Your name, email address, and password — managed by Clerk, our authentication provider. We receive your name and email; we never store your raw password.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. FieldClaim never sees, stores, or has access to your credit card numbers or full payment details. We receive confirmation of subscription status only.

Usage Data

Which tools you use, how frequently, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the Service and understand what features are most valuable.

Claim Content

The text, field notes, policy excerpts, and other information you input when using FieldClaim’s tools. This content is processed to generate your outputs and is not retained beyond your session or saved reports.

Technical Data

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referral source. Collected automatically through standard web server logs and analytics.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To create and maintain your account and authenticate your identity.

3. AI PROCESSING

When you use FieldClaim’s AI tools, your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic’s API to generate outputs. This processing is subject to Anthropic’s data processing policies, which you can review at anthropic.com/privacy.

FieldClaim uses Anthropic’s API under terms that prohibit Anthropic from using your submitted content to train their AI models. Your claim data is used only to generate your requested output and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes.

4. DATA SHARING
